Sung-Hwan was born in South Korea, where he began his musical studies, earning a bachelor’s degree and then a master’s degree under Carlo Kang at Kyung Hee University in Seoul .
He stood out by winning numerous competitions and awards, he was one of the semi-finalists of the 8th edition of the Mirjan Helin International Singing Competition in 2019.
He attended the Georg Solti Accademia, working featuring artists of the caliber of Sir Richard Bonygne, Barbara Frittoli, Roberto Frontali, Jonathan Papp, Anthony  Legge and Rodrigo de Vera. 2020-21 He studied from International Opera Academy from Belgium and sang the music of Kurt Weill in Alfred Uhry’s ‘LoveMusik’ in the roles of Otto and Allen Lake at the Minard Theater in Ghent. And then He made his debut as Figaro in Il Barbiere di Siviglia in 2021 at the Ticino Music Festival.
In 2021, He was admitted to the 2021-2023 biennial of the La Scala Lyric Opera Academy. (Under Luciana D’intino, Pietro Spagnoli, Vincenzo Scalera)
He made his debut at the Teatro alla Scala as Ein Lakai in ‘Ariadne auf Naxos’ by Richard Strauss in April and May 2022, under the direction of Michael Broder and directed by Sven-Eric Bechtolf.
And from Scala He Sang Dandini from Opera La Cenerentola (per bambini) by G.Rossini, and Conte Robinson from Opera ‘Il matrimonio Segreto’ by D.Cimarosa Conducted by O.Dantone, staged by Irina Brook.
November and December 2022, as part of the Donizetti Opera Festival at the Teatro Sociale in Bergamo, he performs the role of Picaro in ‘Chiara e Serafina’, an opera directed by Sesto Quatrini and staged by Gianluca Falaschi.
2023 opens for Park with a participation in Salomé, directed by Damiano Michieletto and directed by Axel Kober and Michael Güttler, followed by a participation in the role of Fréville in Andrea Chenier by Umberto Giordano, directed by Mario Martone and with Marco Armiliato on the podium.
In May and June he performs Concert Massnet’s Repertoire from Palazzetto Bru zane at Venezia, And Sang Tancredi in Combattimento di Tancredi e Clorinda from President palace in Italia with Ensemble ‘Giorgio Bernasconi’ conducted by Marco Angius.
In September, He sang the Figaro, Il Barbiere di Siviglia staged by Leo Muscato and conducted by Evelino Pidò from Teatro alla Scala and Opera de Tours from France Staged Emilie Delbée Condcted by Clelia Cafiero.
2024 After graduated Accademy, He was selected Finalists from Tenor Vinas Competition from Spain. In June and July, He participated Turandot as Ping Staged by Davide Livermore, Conducted by Michle Gamba. September He is part of the Masterclass ‘Raina Kabaivanska’ in Bulgaria Universty and Sofia Opera and got a Scholarship from them.
1st Prize winner and Audience Award from 23rd Ottavio Ziino International Lyric Competitionin Italia. And Winter He made debut from Seoul Metropolitan opera from Korea as Schaunard from Opera La Bohème.
He is scheduled to participate in the Leyla Gencer Opera Gala, which will be held at the Istanbul Atatürk Cultural Center in 2025. In the 2026-2027 season, he is set to perform and record the opera ‘Lancelot’ by Victorin de Joncières, a Palazetto Bru Zane production, with the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra at the Prinzregententheater.
